This *is* the monkey you seek! Cosplaying the younger Obi-Wan Kenobi, this monkey doll was hand sewn from upcycled T-shirt fabric . Except for his robe, black belt, and light saber, all of the fabrics were hand dyed. His face, ears, hands and tail were dyed with avocado skins. His tunic, arms and legs were dyed with pomegranate rinds, and his head, nose, and boots were dyed with a blend of commercial dyes.
The robe is removable, but the rest of his “clothes” are sewn on. Obi-Wan will sit on his own, although he may need some help to get balanced. He sits approximately 11 inches tall, not including limbs.
This monkey is hand sewn, and therefore is not suitable for small children or rough play. They are stuffed with an all natural plant fiber.
